Gender, sexual orientation lessons would be banned in Texas schools under a bill that creates private school tuition subsidies

The bill would create $8,000 education savings accounts for all Texas students to use for private school. The bill, which has the blessing of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, will face a tougher test in the House.
