King, D-Batesville, has represented House District 80 since 2005, after previously representing the district from 1995-2003. He serves as chairman of the House Agriculture & Livestock Committee and sits on the Natural Resources Committee and the Select Committee on Texas Ports, Innovation & Infrastructure. King also serves on the Edwards Aquifer Legislative Oversight Committee and the Energy Council.
Raymond, D-Laredo, has represented House District 42 since 2001. He serves as chairman of the House Human Services Committee and sits on the Ways & Means and the Health & Human Services Transition Oversight committees.
